3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on ph55. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ph55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. ph55 may suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ph55 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. 3.4 Account Ownership. Your ph55 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4.3 ph55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number (Globe or Smart) in addition to your password.
4.4 ph55 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to ph55 support immediately.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions are also supported. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. ph55 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. ph55 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable AML laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
6.1 ph55 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

8.1 All content on the ph55 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of ph55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph55.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.2 ph55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 ph55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph55 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC or AML verification requirements.
11.3 You may close your ph55 account at any time by contacting ph55 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
13.1 ph55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ph55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the ph55 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
